Karen completed a dual-degree program at Ohio University and began her career with MBNA/Bank of America. Though having worked for Charles & Associates in the past (part-time) she officially came on board in 2006. She is the territory representative for Northern Ohio and is also responsible for various aspects of corporate management. Karen is currently working towards the completion of a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative certification (CPMR) as well as IT certifications Net+, CCNA, and MCS.
